I want to take a few minutes and thank you and Mr. Rollie Horein very much for your help in resolving some problems I had with my travel trailer. In November I wrote you a letter stating several problems that I was having with my travel trailer. Rollie called me in early December and addressed the problems that I was having and asked me which dealer I would like to take the travel trailer to and I told him Suncoast RV on Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL. He said no problem that Keystone would take care of the problems that had been submitted. After taking the trailer to Suncoast RV on Beach Blvd, Mr. Noel Gonzalez handled each of the problems with professionalism and an eagerness to get the job done and to do the job right. Mr. Horien followed up with the status of the parts ordered and the work being done. Noel Gonzalez, the service manager, did a First Class Quality Job. I appreciate the fact that Keystone did what they should have done and made my travel trailer right. I would have probably never bought another Keystone product but seeing the way this was handled in such a professional way my confidence has been restored in your company. I am in management myself and believe you always treat people the way you would like to be treated and I feel that happened here. You and your team are professional and caring. We could not have been happier with the service you provided for us. Although the repairs took some time to complete, you kept us informed each step of the way, and every contact we had with you and Felicia was always a pleasant experience. The work performed on our Motor Home was of excellent quality and we have been more than completely satisfied with all our dealings with you and your staff. I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to anyone needing repairs or in the market for a new RV. As a Service Manager, you are a tremendous asset to Suncoast RV. My wife and I were traveling for a week's vacation to Lake Lanier. We had the good fortune of breaking down near exit 5 on I-75 in GA. Our roadside assistance towed our motorhome to your campground. Upon completion of repairs, we would have returned home if not for one of your employees. That was the campground manager, Sarah Harris. She is the definition of "Southern Hospitality." We decided to stay for the Labor Day Rally and had a great time. You service manager, Eric, even had a technician fix our refrigerator in the pouring rain. Now that is excellent service! Your store was one of the best stocked I have seen. To sum it up, your business ethic, your employees, your dedication to service, has made me feel as if we were members of the Suncoast family. I will continue to visit the campground, recommend others to Suncoast RV, and when the time comes, I will be in your showroom for our next purchase.

I just purchased a Coachmen Motor Home from Suncoast RV on Wells Road. Your Salesperson David Mekoski, I think went above and beyond just being a salesman. He was very polite and helpful. I had no way of getting my Motor Home back to my place. I am a single woman and David went out of his way to make sure I got my Motor Home to my place. David went out of his way to drive it to my place, I don't know what I would have done without his generosity, without him I would not have been able to purchased my motorhome. I just wanted to let you know that I think you have a very special salesman in David Mekoski.

I am writing today to tell you how very pleased I am with the purchase of my Winnebago Vista from the Suncoast RV in Cocoa, Florida. Your staff members Sean Dinnean in Sales, Bill Wisniewski in Finance and Jeff Lancaster in the Body Shop were the most professional people I have had the pleasure of dealing with! They each were very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They were patient and understanding of all the special needs that were required to enable my handicapped son to travel in and enjoy his new coach. Mr. Jeff Lancaster is very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in such a way that the average layperson completely understands. The alterations that he made to the vehicle were quickly and expertly completed. He is a great asset to your company! Mr. Sean Dinnean made me feel like I was his only customer. Never rushing me or pressuring me and answered all my questions to complete understanding and satisfaction. Our coach was still in Iowa (snowed in) and still Sean was able to get it here in the promised time frame. This man is also a fine asset to your company. Mr. Wisniewski was totally prepared when the time came for us to finalize the deal. I was amazed that there were no additions or extra charges to be discussed - the price was exactly what I was told it would be! I will be referring your company to anyone that is looking for any type of recreational vehicle. Thank you so much for making my buying experience a pleasurable one.

Dear Alan, Enclosed is a summary of the evaluations from the Starcraft 3373 walk-thru, demonstration, and delivery. We are very pleased with the results and feel that you met our expectations quite well despite a difficult start to the day. Shane Williamson is an outstanding technician. He went above and beyond in presenting the Starcraft pop-up camper. He continued on with his professional approach with ensuring that my brake assist worked properly and was installed correctly. He is an excellent technician and should be commended for his excellence in technical knowledge. What a valuable team member! I must thank the gentleman who helped me with the missing keys as well as the parts department. The extremely nice attendant was easily approachable and knowledgeable. We are taking a few moments to share with you our experience with Suncoast RV, Cocoa, Fl. In March this year we purchased a 2006 Magellan Motor Home. Before delivery some things needed to be done to the unit. This is where our story begins. You employees are the BEST team we have ever dealt with. Ed Salomon, Jamie Lawson, Bill Wisniewski, Danielle in the Parts Department, James the Service Manager or should be one and the mechanic whose name I cannot remember were all just great. Service and Sales worked two days and into the night to get the coach ready to go. Your company should be very proud of the team work this bunch displayed and the over all courtesy of Jim and Rodney and all the others whose names we cannot recall. These guys are pros and Ed Salomon went above and beyond the call of duty. Ed even called when we got home to check on our trip and if we had any problems with the used coach. We will recommend to all we meet to make a trip to Suncoast RV, Cocoa, FL for their next purchase or service. Thanks and keep up the excellent choosing of your professional teams.

I just want to let you know I just bought my 3rd Class A motor home at Lake Park, GA. The reason is, that the Service, Parts & Sales have been excellent. I have had several problems and could always call and get help when I needed it. I hope Lake Park operations are there to stay for a long time. First let me say "WOW" What a Team! Job Well Done! On Tuesday September 29, 2009, we came into you Suncoast Dealership at 9012 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida and presented them with a challenge. After hearing our dilemma, they accepted. Now...let me back up. Our problem started September 28, 2009. We were on our way home to Jacksonville from a recent camping trip, when the left front wheel came off of our 2008 Americamp Fifth Wheel. When the wheel came off we were left with three broken lugs, 5 stripped lugs and all of the medal on the lower part of the slide completely destroyed. We were fortunate enough to be able to fix the hub with the broken lugs in Palatka, and after seven long fustrating hours we where back in Jacksonville. The next morning we were at the Suncoast RV Dealership and presented them with our dilemma. We explained that we were leaving the following weekend on another planned trip. We asked them, could they have it fixed by then? We could either leave it with them or we would take the trip with the trailer in the condition it was in. Either way we were going on the trip. The choice was theirs. They accepted the challenge and state "they thought it could be done!" And to our delight, in seven working days, it WAS! Your Team was very diligent! They stayed on task and gave us daily updates as to what was happening and where things were in the process. Once again we just want to say "JOB WELL DONE!" We would like to give special thanks to the following staff: First and foremost, Jessica Monaghan, Parts Clerk who has been more than helpful from the day we purchased our fifth wheel in helping to find hard to find parts and keeping us informed every step if the way this past year. Moe Bonomo, Parts Manager, for his help in the process. Mike Turner, Service Writer, who had the confidence that the job could be done. Craig Williamson, Service Manager, for see the process through. We would also like to thank: Pedro Dominguez, Body Shop, for his excellent work. Bill Dzurilla, for fixing our refrigerator after we got it back home and found out it was not working. We took it right back, and he has us in and out in ten minutes. Last but not least, Matt Bateh, General Manager, for managing a well organized and dedicated team whose number one goal is customer satisfaction. Thank you again for all you do at Suncoast RV! You have kept us happy campers, and we will definitely be back!

I am writing this to let you know how very pleased I am with the Winnebago company for not only standing behind their Motor Homes but providing outstanding customer service. As a new Winnebago Class "A" owner, with very little experience in motor homes, I chose Winnebago over other makes because I felt the Winnebago company was here to stay and they would stand behind their products. I recently had a delaminating problem which was handled by your company representative Mr. Steve Hamme and Marcia Stark with Suncoast RV in Winter Garden, Florida who is with the local Winnebago Dealer. Their willingness to correct the problem and provide outstanding customer service was very impressive. We purchased a new 2007 Fleetwood Revolution in December 2009 from you Lake Park location but, since we live near Birmingham, we use the Calera dealership for service work. We've taken the coach in on several occasions and I'm writing to let you know that we are highly impressed with Wesley Noonkester, Service Manager. We have found Wesley to be highly customer focused and committed to delivering top notch service to his clients. He is straight talking and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that we are pleased with the Suncoast experience. In my opinion, Wesley is a significant credit to your organization and he exemplifies world class customer service. On July 30th when we had a blowout on our motor coach, your team couldn't have been more accommodating, more gracious, and helpful to us. The assistance you gave to us that day and throughout the weekend, took the stink out of what was a very rocky start to our vacation. Anything we asked for, your employees came through with. We had electricity and water and although we saw the sites of your parking lot for three days thay started the work on our coach right away on Monday and had us on our way as soon as humanly possible. For that, we are very grateful. We want to thank you for your team for the courtesies you showed us in our time of need. There is absolutely no hesitation on our part to recommend Suncoast of Jacksonville to anyone and when the time comes, we may even make the trip up there to trade on a new coach. Again, thank you all.
