I want to take a few minutes and thank you and Mr. Rollie Horein very much for your help in resolving some problems I had with my travel trailer. In November I wrote you a letter stating several problems that I was having with my travel trailer. Rollie called me in early December and addressed the problems that I was having and asked me which dealer I would like to take the travel trailer to and I told him Suncoast RV on Beach Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL. He said no problem that Keystone would take care of the problems that had been submitted. After taking the trailer to Suncoast RV on Beach Blvd, Mr. Noel Gonzalez handled each of the problems with professionalism and an eagerness to get the job done and to do the job right. Mr. Horien followed up with the status of the parts ordered and the work being done. Noel Gonzalez, the service manager, did a First Class Quality Job. I appreciate the fact that Keystone did what they should have done and made my travel trailer right. I would have probably never bought another Keystone product but seeing the way this was handled in such a professional way my confidence has been restored in your company. I am in management myself and believe you always treat people the way you would like to be treated and I feel that happened here. Although the repairs took some time to complete, you kept us informed each step of the way, and every contact we had with you and Felicia was always a pleasant experience. The work performed on our Motor Home was of excellent quality and we have been more than completely satisfied with all our dealings with you and your staff. My wife and I were traveling for a week's vacation to Lake Lanier. We had the good fortune of breaking down near exit 5 on I-75 in GA. Our roadside assistance towed our motorhome to your campground. Upon completion of repairs, we would have returned home if not for one of your employees. That was the campground manager, Sarah Harris. She is the definition of "Southern Hospitality." We decided to stay for the Labor Day Rally and had a great time. You service manager, Eric, even had a technician fix our refrigerator in the pouring rain. Now that is excellent service! Your store was one of the best stocked I have seen. To sum it up, your business ethic, your employees, your dedication to service, has made me feel as if we were members of the Suncoast family. I will continue to visit the campground, recommend others to Suncoast RV, and when the time comes, I will be in your showroom for our next purchase.

I just purchased a Coachmen Motor Home from Suncoast RV on Wells Road. Your Salesperson David Mekoski, I think went above and beyond just being a salesman. He was very polite and helpful. I had no way of getting my Motor Home back to my place. I am a single woman and David went out of his way to make sure I got my Motor Home to my place. David went out of his way to drive it to my place, I don't know what I would have done without his generosity, without him I would not have been able to purchased my motorhome. I just wanted to let you know that I think you have a very special salesman in David Mekoski.
