RV Seller's Checklist

Suncoast RV presents this RV Seller’s Checklist to help you sell your RV. Please use this RV seller’s checklist to get everything ready for a smooth RV Sales transaction.

Seller Identification Requirements

• Copy of your driver’s license
• Clear copy of title or registration (front and Back)
• New address if different from title or Reg
• Social Security Number
• Copy of your cashiers check for pay-off difference (if applicable)

RV Lien Details

• Letter of lien release (if applicable)
• Lien Holder Name
• Lien Holder Phone Number
• Account Number

RV Preparation

• Have all personal items taken out of the RV
• Remove any personal item left inside the coach
• Empty the holding tanks
• Have the RV Positioned, so our inspector can walk around the RV and operate any slide-out doors
