How does Suncoast RV conduct RV Appraisals for my RV?
Our professional RV appraisals are based on the year, RV make, RV model and condition of your RV, including how well it has been maintained. An appraisal on your RV can be conducted over the phone by asking a few simple questions about the year, RV make, RV model, added options and overall condition of your RV.
Factors to consider about consigning your RV rather then selling it outright:
- You have to wait for your money.
- Your property is not under your control.
- You continue to pay for insurance and payments.
- You do not always get the agreed amount.
- Sales people generally put less emphasis on RV consignments.
- RVs are vulnerable to damage on test drives.
- When you sign an RV consignment contract you will be unable to sell your coach on your own for the term of the agreement. (Usually 60-120 days)
- If your RV is not sold during the term of the agreement, its book value may have depreciated.
