SunCoast has a very effective sales department. It was very easy to purchase my 2006 Winnebago Journey. The quality of the product has now come into question. Neither Winnebago nor SunCoast will stand behind the product. That is perplexing for a product costing $200,000.

Service was great. Chris the service manager stands behind his word. He fixed our rear jacks and when we got to our lot they didn't work. He sent some out to fix them. To me that was great service.
